Please note that Delaware Property Management Company LLC will consider, any request made by our tenants for Reasonable Accommodations that may be required as part of your tenancy. Our leasing office maintains an RA questionnaire form that you may request, read carefully, and submit for consideration. Requests for alteration, Reasonable Modification, may be noted on the RA form as well and submitted. The modification expense, if approved, will be the tenant’s responsibility unless determined otherwise by applicable State, Local, and/or federal regulations.
